Insider rules.......

Insider rules.......If Warren Buffet was brought  on as an advisor and kept his holdings under 5 %of the outstanding shares he would not have to report his buys or sells either.

Craig Lipsy is not a Director or Officer of the company. In the conference call - he was introduced to us as an advisor to  the company and that he has already bought a lot of shares in the company on the open market. He said a lot about what the company is now doing and plans to do. It was disclosed publically. If he is in possession of any other information that materially affects the price of shares that has not yet been made public - then he has to step back and halt all of his trading activities in the company until that information is made public.

Very gray area that can be easily misconstrued. I believe he has been following the rules and staying on the right side of the line. Besides, if he brings in added buying support at the proper time - after public release of information - it can really rock the stock price!
