The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

And didn't Chris try the franchise approach with the addiction business, he never did reveal those secret partners he had in mind.


Just because the franchise approach doesn't go gangbusters in one business segment doesn't mean it won't work here. OPM  whether from Immigrant investors trying to get citizenship or locals just wanting to run a business can fund a majority of our future expansion. Without having to go the dilution route of using company shares as industrial currency would be great.

In any furnkey franchise sale there is a substantial markup on the sale. And franchising or partnering as they now refer to it would be a novel way to expand. Rather genius, really.
