The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. Big, you should still have your "old" VCAN shares, they should appear as CVHIF.PK shares.

If you mean your VIBE shares, what I understand is that you will receive a letter(s) in the next few weeks that describes the number of shares you will receive.  Furthermore, I believe I will use that letter to have a conversation with my broker, in my case Scotia iTrade, who will then help facilitate the actual transfer of VIBE shares.  

It's not clear to me if that transfer can fully occur prior to the hold period expiring.  It's also not clear why the first tranche, which was considered a dividend is taking this path.  But,  this is what I know today.
