The company is currently building out its distribution channel through revenue-sharing agreements with owner-operator of cannabis dispensaries to ensure it's products get premium shelf space. The Company plans to target four segments in the U.S. cannabis and CBD market with products suited to their needs: senior citizens, upwardly mobile middle-aged female professionals, upwardly mobile middle-aged male professionals and individuals suffering from addiction.

To be clear, I was referring to the "recent" CTO that I, and another member of this board were informed of but no one could find - so in hindsight I feel like either the reps we spoke to were misinformed or there was some kind of temporary additional order in place. I agree that the original CTO, that allows us to sell, but not acquire shares is in place. In any event, I sold over 20,000 shares yesterday, and my last 1126 shares today. So whatever the issue was previously it went away yesterday. Total "take home" $8,355 Canadian that I've been able to reinvest elsewhere, and boy, does it feel good.
