You can't even get a penny for this POS on the OTC pinks now. Large positions are being unloaded for 1/10 of a cent (USD 0.001). There will be no final distribution and it won't be long before the ticker is delisted and your only option will be to donate your shares to your brokerage to crystalize your capital loss.
But Elijah the Idiot, Brentski the CEO, Iscfa and others will continue to preach the resurrection of VCAN or a final distribution to shareholders. They are the same delusional investors who pump VIBE on a regular basis. BLVD/CVX/VCAN shareholders were screwed in "The Transactions", accept it. Why would you then put faith in VCAN management that a final distribution is coming ?
