I have seen this kind of thing before. No big comeback here so guys don't get your hopes up. Probably Heath gave someone free shares to go into the market and make it look like something is actually happening. To quell the uprising is my guess as he probably reads and maybe even posts on this board.

brentski's probably right.  But instead of PR's watch the pricing action instead, that'll tell you what is really happening behind the scenes and the market always seems to know in advance.
