To be clear, VCAN will not exist after Oct 23 - what will?

Assuming, the vote goes yes, and at this point it's hard to believe it won't.  Even those of us active here are getting the idea that Vibe is better than nothing.

It's interesting the statement from the PR specifically says "cannabis assets".  Does that mean there's another path for the real estate?  Then there's "the lab" that prophet likes to bring up once in a while <snicker>.

It's a bit of a red flag to me that it only says 'cannabis' assets, suggesting a different "plan" for any cash and the real estate.............

"The Board has continually analyzed the current and future cannabis market, VCAN's current and prospective financial position, and it has determined selling the Company's assets to another CSE listed cannabis company and delisting is the best path forward for the Company and most importantly its shareholders," said Lloyd Kaplan, Chairman of Ventura Cannabis. "I am pleased to be trading our cannabis assets into a better capitalized company with more revenues and a top flight management team and, more importantly, the deal is poised to be done at a premium to our current stock price," said Lloyd Kaplan, Chairman of Ventura Cannabis.

Beat path forward for the company. Meaning there is a. Forward and not an end? There is more the pizzle than the vibe puzzle piece.

I want a trustee involved in the wind up of the co. who can account for everything. Otherwise, how do we know mgmt doesn't buy a Million dollar home for $1.00 through some numbered company? I doubt the homes are ruined. The rehab company continues to market itself on its website with pictures of an immaculate house.   https://www.daylightrecoveryservices.com/location/    ...more

Kaplan is full of schit. Ventura listed these houses on May 5, 2020 with a realtor and the pictures of the houses show they are immaculate.     https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/9440-Pats-Point-Dr_Corona_CA_92883_M24762-51431   https://www.realtor.com/realestateandhomes-detail/9480-Pats-Point-Dr_Corona_CA_92883_M25015-72738
