Warrants

I know that these are probably dummy questions but:
a.  If the VIBE share price is $1 - what would the warrants be worth?
b.  Is it better to buy (exercise) the warrants @ $0.60, or sell the warrants?
c.  If people sold their warrants, would it effect the VIBE share price?

A) The market decides the price, however, regardless of market price, they will still have $0.40 cent of "Intrinsic Value" if you sell them.   B) That again depends what the market price is. Exercising the warrants would give you an immediate $0.40 cent profit (though you would have to pay $0.60 cents up front for the privilege of selling them). Though it might be the case ...more

Bubba....I don't think these warrants are tradeable.  That decision was made at the time the transaction occurred (which was approved at the special meeting).  On page10 of the VCAN shareholder notice, it says the warrants are in place for 12 months, and are " non-transferable" except for the company to transfer to sharehodlers.  So, to me this means, the only option ...more
