W the Trans Canda pipeline now in operation , oil companies are making more cash and should have more to invest in stuff like CVW one would think. Now that at least one group has pulled out of the Carbon Capture gig, maybe its also time to revisit CVW and press ahead w that plan guys? the lethargy in the oils sands managment teams is akin the the tar they are diggin up I think
