these guys just seeded a fund and drew in some investment dollars to do the same thing all investors are doing which is trying to pick the winners.

That doesn't seem to be working very well, especially with Bhang and it looks like AION is just about done.

Dividends???  I'm sure management is taking care of themselves with some kind of renumeration for running this effort and if they do pay a dividend, I'm pretty sure that would nail it as a ponzi scheme.

Everybody and their dog are still piling into the marijuana business and most don't have any expertise to bring, just like PBIC who only want to supply capital and not any kind of management direction.

The management only interest is recovering their salaries. Very unfortunate for us, shareholders. I have to disagree with PBIC being only an investment partner... as i do believe Graham has been actively working with BHNG. Unfortunately that hasnt materialized into value creation.  has been almost 1.5 years without any corporate update to shareholders..         ...more

Looks to me like Graham Simmons has his fingerprints on a Bhang partnership with Indiva which could be focussing on well known Brands ...and has a network of dispensaries.....could also produce Bhang products....not to mention Aion Which is connected to Dr Stephen Barnhill/Apollon....a lot of time invested on these companies over last 1.5 years!

I don't get the feeling that PBIC management has any desire to run a pot company, namely Bhang.   I think they just chose BHNG for the same reason that public investors did.  I remember that Jamie was gushing about having some good synergies with PBIC but I don't know what they are bringing to the party other than some funds.  PBIC shareprice speaks volumes.
