The management only interest is recovering their salaries. Very unfortunate for us, shareholders.

I have to disagree with PBIC being only an investment partner... as i do believe Graham has been actively working with BHNG. Unfortunately that hasnt materialized into value creation. 

has been almost 1.5 years without any corporate update to shareholders..

That doesn't seem to be working very well, especially with Bhang and it looks like AION is just about done.

Dividends???  I'm sure management is taking care of themselves with some kind of renumeration for running this effort and if they do pay a dividend, I'm pretty sure that would nail it as a ponzi scheme.

Everybody and their dog are still piling into the marijuana business and most don't have any expertise to bring, just like PBIC who only want to supply capital and not any kind of management direction.
