Joining the dots

Joining the dots
I have developed a theory on the future plans of Geo.

The deal with Schlumberger was a sizable deal so with a friendly buyout of this size the negotiations would have been ongoing over a lengthy period of time. It is possible that this is why Geo went hunting for an acquisition target like Candax. Geo is like a snail without a shell so they crawl right into the Candax shell and make it their new home.

The only wild card for Candax shareholders are the 87 million warrants. They have 1 year from closing to exercise the warrants let's just hope they don't do it in the first week. Likely they would excercise the warrants using the proceeds of the Schlumberger deal so the dilution is hopefully a ways out yet. We get paid market price for the shares so the longer it takes the more Candax has to gain.

So maybe the warrants fund operations at Chaal and maybe they are on the hunt for further acquisitions with all that cash.

Remains to be seen how Geo's assets will be folded into Candax but I think they have big plans for this company.

One thing I know is that this company is not in the poor-house after tomorrow.

I remain long and strong on Candax

Run baby Run!
