While we're sharing our recent correspondance with Candax staff, the following is a response I received this last Monday regarding my concerns about the lack of current info on their website. Btw, you'll notice they changed their Madagascar W.I. from 60% to 10% after their response, however that's about all that changed. Guess we'll have to wait for their new Website.

Hi Charlotte,
I’m becoming increasingly concerned regarding the lack of updates on the Candax.com site regarding their description of Assets. The lack of current information could be seen as misleading to both current and new investors. As one example, the Madagascar Block 1101 asset currently shows Candax as having 60% working interest. This clearly is no longer the case, with Candax only having 10% WI. There are many other examples throughout these asset descriptions that I believe are misleading.
As an investor in Candax, I am requesting that Management puts more of an importance on up-to-date information on the site.
Please advise when I can expect to see current information updated on the site.

Just so you know, Candax is in the process of launching a new website – it was supposed to go live mid-August but hasn’t as yet due to some graphics that were being re-organized – I know that the new site has the up to date information so I’m thinking this is the confusion ... anyhow ... I’ll ensure existing site is correct in the meantime.
