Note to scotch12:"carpet-bombing" Res. Mortgage Stocks
i.e. non-Bank Fellers. I bought all 3 (including T.MIC, Genworth) about a year ago. Only HCG really "rose from the ashes" of the three. Sold Genworth about 6 months ago, was see-sawing. Truth is, Investors pick a rising price curve. Bottom-fishing" is for fools and poets.In a rising TSX market, any stock with a price decline??...tells you something!!
For those on TDWaterhouse www. they have a monthly report, out around the 8th day of the month, may have some "kind" words for T.CXS, but they have consistently praised HCG of the three Fellers.
CXS is having trouble "getting traction." someone on BNNTV said recently (Teal Linde??).
