Through the difficult times management continually created the message that moves were being  made for the medium and long term creating the distinct  impression to shareholders to stay the course.. No way to share the future of this company with the ownership going private. Surely others are looking at the company and this deal with the idea of improving on it..I agree with the idea to issue more shares to  new investor to increase capitalization to satisfy OFSI and take on more businesd. Better than 68 cents and by by.
