C21 Investments Books Loss On Sale Of Certain Oregon Assets,

C21 Investments this morning announced that it has sold off certain assets in Oregon that it has labelled as being “non-core” in nature. The sale consists largely of a number of assets located in Portland, Oregon, that are believed to have been acquired via the acquisitions of Swell and Megawood Enterprises in early 2019.

Focus on the highly profitable operations in Nevada. Makes total sense. These guys are a class act unlike the rest of the cannabis crowd who prefer to burn your money.

You are indeed correct. They are focusing on growing their core assets in Nevada . Plus they are also filling their coffers with all money from the debenture warrants. These funds are being used to pay for the organic expansion on the grow facilities. The management is smart and disciplined.

they have a lot of things going for them, like profitability and organic growth and seed to sale, i believe they intend to take the sp to 5 dollars minimum in one year which is probably why funds are accumulating, or they might get an offer they can't refuse

We would agree with you. A sector analysis and peer comparables indicate that at $4.00 or $5.00 this stock would still be inexpensive. It's our view that they also deserve a premium to the sector for their proven discipline and profitability. Institutional and ETF interest as well as an improving regulatory environment should lift this over the medium term. We remain long with a view to add ...more

Socrates is not wrong with his analysis but I found the use of "we" interesting as well. Maybe he is the former king of Greece making ends meet by investing in stocks.
