The reason for the weakness in the CXXI stock price is due to warrants expiring for the second  tranche of the convertible debentures and warrants expiring from the phantom farm purchase. This will end in about three weeks so don't be worried about the short term price fluctuations. Also please keep in mind that that non dilutive debt deal is coming.  A matter of when not if I expect.

Muttley I confess a hole in my knowledge re/ warrants. Could u give a layman's explanation on this in terms of c21, and why it'll be another 3 weeks of pain? Lol

Warrants are in essence call options for a stock. They give you the right to purchase at a strike price within a prescribed period of time. When warrants are about to expire, the holder has a choice to make. If the stock price is above the strike price, you put in more money to exercise the warrant and buy the underlying stock. Alternatively the holder can sell shares that they have or short the

Seems like this Mutt has a bite to go along with his woof. My guess is that he's a pro working in finance, but more importantly he pays attention to the FACTS that underlie short term moves. Investors shorting to exercise warrants is a buy signal, not a reason to be nervous. Focus on the fundamentals, not short term moves. Investors who understand this industry are slowly accumulating this
