What is going on here? Huge volume for months, now huge price takeoff.

Are daytraders just chasing their tails? Or is some kind of shell merger going on? Is the company going to announce military contracts?

Perhaps some governments will begin using LED lights to kill COVID:

I'll say this about CYBL -- despite a moribund stock for years, they've got a functioning website and when I called their office a while back someone picked up the phone, identified as working for Cyberlux, and asked me if I wanted to place an order.
