So, I suspect sooner or later they will pull the trigger. This makes me believe that they will effect a "pump" before this, so we should be up at least 25% before they dilute 25%.
Alternatively, they do piecemeal stuff, like they are with Adelia purchase. Doubt it. Oppenheimer wants it pound of flesh before year end.
