I don’t know where people were being told that they don’t have to do anything to change their shares but according to the circular there’s a form that needs to be filled out and sent in change the shares.

Ya the bank does do it for me, I just called to ask about it. The guy knew about this stock off the top of his head because he’s gotten a few calls about it. Waiting for dic’s, should be done today.
