In few decades, I have never seen anything like this, and it is much more favourable to shareholders than anything I have seen before. Why? Probably because with such a large insider ownership, these guys do care about shareholder value. They are lightening up, but not much, via a vehicle that doesn't put pressure on the stock. What concerns you? I can try again. It is to the benefit to us that we have the best non-biased picture.....before eventually we get pumpers and bashers making the board useless like the most out there. I think the crux of my point is that unlike traditional financing with warrants, what they have done puts zero pressure by itself on the price below $50 and will not hold the sp back around these ...more
