This stock moves quite a bit with relatively little volume. It was up $4 yesterday when the volume was just some 20,000 shares. This index thing will give us some continued SP rise over the next few weeks I figure because all the index funds will have to be adding some of it now that it will become part of the index. I would not be surprised to see a $20 total move just because of this. This stock

Where did you see the 20k volume? I looked through the share price graph on the quote tab here and I'm seeing a lot more than 20 k shares traded every day in September. Despite that difference, I think it is likely, as you say, that there will be some upwards movement with the inclusion of dcbo into the index.

One morning I looked at it and it was up a few bucks. I then looked at the volume before looking up whether there was any news. The volume was somewhere in that 20K-30K mark and there was no news. That is what my comment was based on, not on the total daily volume.
