Tim's wife is only a Board Member, albeit, she controls over 10% of the company. The CEO, Siva, is never responding to anyone. Shareholders, partners, companies offering to buy them etc... This company is very confusing for a ton of people. Existing and ex employees and partners. There is a reason why they lose 25% of their customer base. as these articles point out.
I know of one company that made an attractive offer, and they basically didnt give a damn about it and had to be almost begged to get answered. Eventually that company was told DDb is pursuing other opportunities. Not sure if it means other buyers or just maybe a vending of the shell into a new mining company? this is too tragically comic.
i give up and my money is now in another stock with a real business. check your inbox MNB. i still have friends in DDB and will post any new info i can get my hands on. As far as cash, they have most likely 12 months left. That is IT!!!
