AGM
AGM Looks like we should hear something about an AGM sometime in January. The last one they had was Dec 2018 and they have 15 months maximum I believe. So that puts the AGM at end of March latest and they need to let shareholders know 60 days before the meeting. Hopefully we hear something in the next 2-3 weeks.
There was some earlier posting about management not entertaining an offer by another company. Can you please clarify? How do you know this? This sounds like some pretty private information you have there!
