AGM

Looks like we should hear something about an AGM sometime in January. The last one they had was Dec 2018 and they have 15 months maximum I believe. So that puts the AGM at end of March latest and they need to let shareholders know 60 days before the meeting. Hopefully we hear something in the next 2-3 weeks.

There was some earlier posting about management not entertaining an offer by another company. Can you please clarify? How do you know this? This sounds like some pretty private information you have there!

Later, the company feels, the price was pumped up but it never was able to maintain. so ay half a penny we stand here. Not only the offer was for shares, it also was going to keep the brand and the legacy of the founder, in this case Tim. One publicly ...more

I've managed to get down to an avg  of .06 and holding 220k. I've taken a loss on some. How about you?  I can't justify avg down any more especially when it looks like they are going t!ts up. So three directors total now that Scott Allen has left - Paul, Louisa and Siva. Was Louisa on Board when this deal was shot down? Baffles me...that may have been the saving grace ...more
