IF SHAREHOLDERS DO NOT VOTE DIRECTOR THE SALE HOSTPAPA I do believe cannot go througH....I am not a 100% I do not have my package but if they are asking us to vote for director and VOTE TO SELL company at the same time I AM TELLING YOU if you do not sign the vote for new director DDB CANNOT SELL THE COMPANY... I am almost postive that is why they are sneaking this vote for director in the package.
