NOW,........depending on Tims medical records this will determine if Tim was of sound mind, under the advisor DDB management, wether he acted in the best interest for shareholders, when TIM BLATANTLY DID NOTHING TO RESPOND TO SWIS OFFER.
Was he enduring chemo and DDB management neglected to act under their fiduciary duties for the company's and shareholders best interest???

mnb, you need to get the timeline right. SWIS made an offer in December 2019. Tim was dead. However, Siva, Louisa and the Board was alive. They basically ignored the offier.

Thx auricgold, I appreciate that info, I could not remember so much in my head here, mnb did not retain that info, so its better that Tim was dead when the SWIS offer was made...... cuz 1000% we have ddb management alive and well to take the punishnent suited for the white crime charges!!! mnb, I am sure, now that info is out, if a lawyer asks nicely to SWIS, they will reply. Especially since the transaction is expired and there is no confidentiality anymore. The fact that a Public company, trading in the SAME exchange, made an offer that seemed reasonnable and these guys ignored it?? That is worth looking into. Agree totally!! Very important lawyers oourt order Tim's medical records. The white crime started immediately after Tim was notified he had cancer.
