DDB POST ON CEO SAYS WE ARE VOTING ON DIRECTORS AS WELL.bad!

I do not know if this is true BUT IF YOU DO NOT SIGN OR VOTE FOR AGREEANCE ON directors THE VOTE IS AUTOMATIC withdrawal.

My dad put our cottage in corporate consulting name when he bought the cottage 35 yrs agol

When dad died...my mother and sister were negligent...they did not appoint another director to take my mothers place, when she immediately was appointed CEO. 

4 years NO DIRECTOR only an inherited CEO. 
24 hours before my mom is going to sell the cottage I get a call EMERGENCY the shareholders which were US 3 sisters, must sign AGREEANCE that the older sister would be appointed DIRECTOR and then and ony  then was the company ABLE TO SELL LEGALLY!! being the sale of the cottage .. Do ya get what I am saying folks??

I believe that THEY CANNOT SELL DDB IF THAT VOTE FOR DIRECTORS IS NOT SIGNED BY US..... not sure but it sure was a big deal when our family was sellijng OUR CORPORATE company and it was because the CEO OUR dad had died!!

Need to know are they SNEAKING THAT VOTE IN UNDER THE RADAR?
If shareholders do SIGN THE VOTE APPOINTING NEW DIRECTOR does this DECAPITATE the sale of Hostpapa. Cuz it sure did for my family. 

I had to drive 3 hours in the middle of the night to sign I appoint agreeance my older sister to be NEW ACTING DIRECTOR because they failed to do that when my dad past away!
Interesting and so so many unanswered questions IF ANYBODY HAS A LAWYER PLEASE ASK this vital questions
