Shares represented or present AT THE MEETiNG

Louisa has approx 10% so fully diluted about 20 million shares. Unless there are more shares on the opposing camp present or legally represented by Proxy, she will win.

I dont think we can hather 25 million shares in 5 days here. So you guys better find a new place to meet. Louisa had this all planned. Her own lawyer is conducting the meeting and she will get close to 240K in cash. Nice payday for her.

I don't understand. Why would Louisa and the other insiders settle for a lower share price rather than from such company as SWIS

Because they want CASH. SWIS deal was for shares, meaning longer term hold and believing in the company etc... its too bad.
