Much appreciated even if it isn't what I was looking for.

I still believe that the timing of this announcemnt was very unfair to the shareholders who may have used cur as a tax loss strategy.
In the announcement, it stated that the "25%" were supportive of this deal which means that they had the benefit of knowing the deal before you or I when this was trading at 8 cents.
I'm sure that the 25% did not buy (or sell) with this knowledge, but for those that did sell for the tax benefit, they sure got screwed.
Personally, the more I think about this, the more I question how I will vote.
After all of these wasted years, I don't see why we should be accepting the first offer that comes along, at a valuation that is very far from what any of us thought was the value of pca3
The same people telling us to take this deal are the people who have been promising "shareholder value" for way too long. I might have just made up my mind.
CUR might just become my tax loss for 2016

Is anyone else considering voting against this deal?
