DIAGNOCURE INC.As stated by LUIGI47 there is no way to approve such transaction. Shareholders who vote in favour of this junk deal are not consciencious at all. There is no way that if the 66% required votes is not met, that Hologic would pull out. There would definitely be an improved offer made. Be assured of that.
