So which companies are we talking about?  What do we bring to them?  What exactly is our NAV now?  Cash, tax credits, patents?  What do they bring to us?
And why is TA still buying?  Are we looking at a shell co. tax loss merger?

Seems like TMA buying is spreading some confidence. I think he still believes.

TA bought many millions of shares at "equivalent to 11 cents".  That means his average cost is probably close to 11 cents.  Maybe 14-15 cents.  If there is a takeover which is priced as a premium to the closing market price, then TA might just make money on his holding.  So he has reason to be buying more right now, to get the price up.  It would be nice if there ...more

He's been buying and selling every day of the week for the past 7 years. We just get to see it all now cuz he got frustrated with management and had to step up his position to make his point heard.

he has been long for years and his cost is way above todays price so if merger or takeover to help him it would have to be substaintialy higher
