       It just allows they to go to the equity market quicker when the sp warrants. They still need underwriters and backers.

After yesterday's 10m loc, to follow up with this doesnt make alot of sense. I would have hope for some major announcement to justify these moves.

     There's 0 debt now, the 10m will let them grow the business. When the sp is back up an equity financing will let them pay off the debt.
