BLMH private placement

BLMH private placementBLMH recently announced they've closed the second tranche of a private placement. Combined with the first tranche, BLMH has received gross proceeds of $1,584,000.

Net proceeds will be used for ongoing working capital and corporate development. BLMH has had a great year so far revenue wise with $16.9M for the first half of fiscal 2022. Nice to see them adding to their cash position for working capital and corp. development purposes.
