RE:Trading HaltIn most RTO's the public shell is halted for approximately 2 months from announcing the definitive agreement. A shareholder meeting is required by most public companies when there is an RTO announced and they company is required to mail-out the information circular (meeting material) 45 days prior to the shareholder meeting.
There are ways to tighten this timeline, but typically this process will take at least 2 months from halt to trading aas new company. Check out Emblem's RTO, MMJ Phytotech's RTO of Harvest One, or any of the previous RTO's to take weed companies public. That will give you a good idea of the length of the halt.
If Doja team can get this trading quicker than those guys did, then I will be very pleasantly surprised.
