So based on the PPT, they expeect to go back on market during March 2017. im not sure if i am 100% correct but my math would be $.57 cents x 15.21M shares = $8.7M market cap Assuming they are forecasting to open DOJA at market cap of $34M, $34M /$8.7M = 3.9 x current value of SG SG price at .57 x 3.9 =  $2.22 per share Please correct me if i am wrong.
