The truth: the sector is not moving on ANY news. don't believe me? take a look at cronos price action to news, and they're one of the more sure things in the sector. The sector is on hiatus while companies like TD prevent their brokers from buying these companies. that's not going to continue much longer though, so in the meantime you have to do your due diligence and decide who the winners will be a year or two from now.
