you mention that this brings the facilities up to 5, compared to 7 for Canopy. a question for you; do you believe the # of locations is more important in terms of return or value, or is the volume more important? Canopy (I think) has much more capacity to produce than Hiku/wmd doesn't it? so I guess then the question is, while this transaction is great in terms of retail space, which is going to get investors a better return; access to more retail, or ability to produce volume? I think it's a good move long term, just wondering if there isn't/couldn't be more potential for growth if they added production. just wondering.

Hey BET- first off yes canopy has way way more production capacity with upwards of 5M sqft in all seven ---HIKU will be lucky to crack a M . (So far)..but 3-4 short months ago it was 1/10 th of that(not even)  ,So the turnaround in our production has been unbelievable ....

To answer your question about A BETTER RETURN-   access to more retail, or ability to produce volume? I  think they kinda go hand and hand- #of facilities ^^ production goes^^^ which allows them more capital for access to more retail --To own the supply chain (vertically integrated) they cannot expand without having product to meet that demand..upping production capabilities gives them flexability to expand their retail footings...more importantly is the strategic placings of these facilities gives instant access to the market they are located in..Newfoundland&labrador only has a few applicants with health canada so far and oceanic will be positioned nicely a facility/5 retail storefronts/and farm gate store at the facility...I should note tho that this facility HIKU will have upto 25% right to all cannabis produced (SO IT IS NOT ALL HIKU's) ....and it will be Oceanic branded storefronts .. Non the less this is a great addition to HIKU BRANDS as oceanic will be a lifestyle and wellness brand which compliments HIKU'S vision (imo) ....
