For strictly SP 


Short term- retail locations --as HIKU is retail focused brand.(not mass producer) ..its not so much the # of stores but i do believe # of locations-#markets they enter .

longterm-production capabilities *to maximize profits"...(when quarterly earning will count big time) they need their own supply to max profits and not rely on supply agrrement "wholesale" as margins would be much smaller....as for now i do believe they will be fine for supply with MD merger but they need to produce "craft quality" and MD facility will be more medical pharma grade so getting supply from oceanic will be an added bonus and much needed imo..
