I suspect that dumping was done by trump and the few institutions that own paper here and maybe a few insiders. The real damage is yet to come as the panic sets in as more and more paper is made avaliable to trade. One must also keep in mind the larger free tradable float is the more shorter can borrow. The blood bath is just starting. The only question remaining is how bad will it be and how quick will it happen?
