RE: Rumor of news....LOL, if I had a dime for every time I've heard that from an OTC or pinkie outfit, I'd be lounging in the Bahamas rather than posting on SH.
I've had an experience where I talked to a CFO at 3:00 p.m., after hearing the company was ready to declare bankruptcy (the stock had gone from around $2.00 to .80 by that time), and he swore to me they were nowhere near insolvency. The conversation went something like this, "Greg, where did you hear that???....you've got to be kidding me??????.....that's just 'shorts' spreading rumors through their "bashers".......we're not just doing OK, we're doing GREAT!!!!! At 4:00 p.m., the bankruptcy NR came out. Stock went from .80 to sub .01 at the open next day. Lost about $20,000 on the BS.
I won't even get into SLJB, SVYR, MAGR, ICBL, BCIT,....etc...etc...etc. LOL. "They" told me just doesn't cut it. If you got the money, it should be released within 72 hours - absolutely NO valid reason to withold the NR. Oh, and an accompanying 8-K should be filed as well.
I'll give DLKM benefit of doubt and chalk up the "tripping over one's feet" to growing pains, but not for too much longer.
