RE: RE: Douglas Lake

RE: RE: Douglas LakeSitting Bull Ish- I concur with these other posts- wait for the company to formally release news.  Expectaions, beliefs, plans- those are forward looking statements. The last thing we need now is to have another regulatory agency- SEC, BCSC slap DLKM with another sanction. I have come to learn (believe?) from a private party- not the company- that past troubles in that arena were brought on by certain vindictive individuals and were not instigated by the regulatory body. We do need to practice prudence here and elsewhere in disseminating information. DLKM should also be mindful of that- and I'm sure they are. I wish I had some time with Harp- because I would have stressed a few points in the 'corporate communications' area. As fate would have it, he did have to leave due  to the death in his family and I was not around when he was there. I'm glad I did get some time with Laurie- and I asked him to take a message back to Harp for me- be better at communicating and managing expectations. If investors are informed and paths forward are clearly communicated, we can continue our diligence and make investing decisions accordingly. That is all any investor can expect. I agree that public information should be available to all in a timely manner and while it is a luxury to get face-to-face with the powers that be - to read their emotions to look them in the eye- any "material" information  (vs. forward looking statements etc) will be disclosed according to regs. We're down .13 as I type this to .26 on 62,294 shares.  My hope now is that any news will generate credibliy and buying interest from the investment public outside our little community here. THAT imo is what this stock needs most. I do believe If and when that happens, my investment will come to the fruition I'd expected. As of now it remains an illiquid volatile stock at the mercy of the slightest selling pressure. Good luck to US. Patience required. All imo- as always.
