Developer for Handeni propertiesWhile the latest news release (Sept. 22nd) spoke only to acquisition of four new properties in exchange for controlling equity interest, the "Company Overview" section states that DLKM's holdings in the Handeni region "will be explored " by IPP and specifically states that IPP is a "joint-venture partner":
"The properties include the recently purchased Handeni Gold Project andits Mkuvia Alluvial Gold Project. This 800 square kilometer Handeniproperty will be explored by joint-venture partner IPP Gold under thesupervision of Dr. Revno Scheepers, a world renowned geological expert.The four properties are located directly adjacent to Canaco’s highlyprospective Handeni Gold Project (CAN.V). The 380 square kilometerMkuvia property is being developed by joint-venture partner Ruby CreekResources (RBYC.OB)."
Looks like an acknowledgment that financing exploration of the Handeni properties will not be left upon the shoulders of DLKM
