Somebody reminded him yesterday that he had to mail something in two weeks ago, a check or letter or document, to which he responded, "oh my Gawd, I completely forgot." Hence the 43-101 will be LATE. Because EVERYONE this side of Beijing has been pestering everyone else with, "where the F---K is the 43-101," DLKM decided to issue an "update" to get everyone off their heels for a few days. The above is complete fiction, but I'm relatively sure its got at least some speck of truth to it if the past has any indicator.
