I am trying to give everyone an up date on the company because the company does not have a web sight up yet and as I find out more information on the company I will post it. I just received an e-mail from Mr Ohashi and Gary Kilpatrick both officers of the company that went down to the Belize property and ran the equipment for 9 hours. They brought back 15.760 of gold and took it to Technic Inc in Richmond B.C. that was recommended by Jim Willis their engineer. They had it made into an ingot. which ended up at 15.220 ounces. Assuming 80 percent gold equivalent because there was some silver in it. The company should net in excess of $18000. That is a good pay day for us. Now according to stockarchangels posting they picked up the company for $750000 cash and $350,000 for exploration for three years. I think that they picked up this company for pennies on the dollar. Where can you pick up a producing gold company for $750000 plus the small net smelter fee which I feel could be bought back also within the first year. I am hoping that after they upgrade the equipment because they felt the equipment was not picking up all the gold and they put more production equipment in they will start exploring drilling and expanding the property. I believe through cash flow this company could grow very fast. I am going to also send an e-mail to Gary MacDonald and try to get him to come if not him maybe someone else of the company to the small conference on July 16. I realize he is very busy setting up American Mining. I believe both of these companies are no brainiers. You should see what this company has lined up. I get nothing out of any of this posting I just think these companies are really great and want to let the Douglas stock holders know about them. Now there should not be any Douglas Lake stockholders that can say that they missed out this time.
