RS. yeah sux for all of us but Mengi was dumb enough to put his asset in the co. and we were dumb enough to buy the stock... nuff said. markets are soft now for raising funds.. IMO this company will need to bite the bullet to move forward. IMO the alluvial suggestion will do nothing but pay salaries and eat the cash in the co to setup operations.
