We have acquired an exciting new property – our 100% owned 800 sq km in the Handeni district of Tanzania. This property lies within an emerging rich gold mining district and has already produced some promising drilling results. Our exploration operations are headed by Dr. Reyno Scheepers who is one of the leading geologists with extensive experience of the rapidly emerging Handeni Gold District. Under the direction of our new Executive Team, you can expect strong leadership, committed to our vision for growth. Focused and engaged, your Executive Team is dedicated to creating an organization that delivers superior returns for shareholders. We are committed to, amongst other things:- Improve the management and image of the company Implement sound business ethics and governance. Create a truly independent value adding international supervisory Board of Directors Form a highly experienced technical and project development advisory committee Enhance our Shareholder and Investor base beyond North America. To reduce future shareholder dilution, one of the options under serious consideration is the possibility of small scale alluvial mining on our Handeni asset. Through this, we may be able to fund and concurrently fast tract exploration efforts on the already identified high potential targets on our 800 sq km property without having to return to the market in the short to medium term. The Executive Team is also exploring the benefits of rebranding the Company.
