I can't disagree that he sure knows how to make a deal! But THAT is the problem- he has allegedly made some deals with separate entities for the same property! You should ask your contacts directly about that allegation- see what they know. I don't have any reason to think that is the case with Handeni at this point. But some skeletons from the past linger on- I've been told. Do your own DD. Good luck.
