RE: Beneficial Ownership

RE: Beneficial Ownership

The reason I mentioned Anchorage is because the 13G is required filing 45 days after end of calendar year for institutional holders. I could not find a 13D or F, which are required to be filed 10 days and 45 days respectively, after the quarter in which the shares were purchased and total holdings exceeded 5% of O/S. It's also a bizarre number of shares, which would indicate participation in a private placement.  However, since neither of the other filings can be found, it would indicate they added shares relatively recently to reach 7% of O/S, as in about 7,000,000 shares more (perhaps exercising warrants?). If we add in Reginald Mengi's 148,333,333 shares, etc., etc., we can account for about 200,000,000 of the O/S. Don't mind me, I'm just trying to figure out who's been accumulating over the last few months and maybe send them a "thank you" note LOL.
