It just takes a small gap in the action for these guys to get their way.

Bottom line is you should NEVER put in a market order. Quite frankly, if you don't know what you're doing, you shouldn't be investing online..........and if you are, without attempting to acquire at least the minimum knowledge, you deserve what you get. I believe most online houses now don't even give you the option of market orders because of the "stupid" factor.

My online broker sure doesn't give you the option. Definitely WATCH WHAT YOU'RE DOING.
